WARRANTY:


YesLED warrants that its LED drivers (collectively, “Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of manufacture by YesLED for the following periods:

2 Years

LED Lighting System (case temp. 70°C or less)

This warranty is further conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance. This warranty is not applicable to any Product which is not installed and operated in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters’ Laboratory, Inc. (UL), the Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), or, in Canada, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), and with YesLED.com instructions and guidelines for the Product. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure to perform arising from abuse, misuse, abnormal stresses and operating conditions, lightening, electrical surges or acts of God.

This warranty only flows to the original purchaser or first end-user purchaser. If a Product covered by this warranty fails to conform to this warranty and is returned by purchaser in accordance with YesLED published Warranty Service Program during the warranty period, YesLED will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product or the non-conforming part thereof, or reimburse the purchaser for the purchase price of the specific LED drivers. For purposes of clarity, “repair or replace the Product or the non-conforming part thereof” does not include any removal or reinstallation costs or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses. If YesLED choses to replace the Product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued or is not available, YesLED may replace it with a comparable product.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMIEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTIABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy, and YesLED sole liability, for any nonconformity or defect in any Product shall be only those explicitly set forth herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:


YesLED will not under any circumstances whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of the Product or any other goods or associated equipment or damage to any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facility of services, down time cost, or claims of claimant’s customers.YesLED liability on any claim of any kind for any loss or damage arising out of, resulting from or concerning any aspect of this warranty or from the product or services furnished hereunder shall not exceed the price of the specific Product which gives rise to the claim.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE:


To obtain warranty service customer must:

-  Provide proof of purchase in the form of a Bill of Sale or receipted invoice to show evidence that the unit is within the warranty period .

WARRANTY:

BenTel warrants this product, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. BenTel further warrants the infrared heating elements, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, for a period of two additional years from the date of purchase.

Shipping: BenTel shall bear the cost of return shipping and repair, or replacement if, during the first 90 days, there is a defect in workmanship or materials. Thereafter, customer shall bear the cost of return shipping and BenTel shall repair or replace any defective part including all labor for a period of one full year from date of purchase.

Extended infrared element warranty: For an additional 2 year period, BenTel shall warrant the infrared elements in the heater to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, and shall supply at no cost to original purchaser replacement elements as required to maintain product in food working order.

LIMITATIONS:

All warranties implied by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of the warranty set forth above.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the length of the implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In no event shall BenTel be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or medical expenses caused by any defect, failure, misuse, or malfunction of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The company will not be responsible for damages or losses, direct or indirect, caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, conditions of transportation or storage, or failure to follow instructions. The company will not be responsible for any statements that are made or published, written or oral, those are inconsistent with this written warranty, or which are misleading or inconsistent with the facts as published in the literature or specifications by the company.

WARRANTY RESTRICTION:

This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
